Data Centre Waterproofing

Traditionally, data centers consist of servers, battery rooms, and generators and require a vast quantity of apertures within the cladding for various mechanical and electric services to pass through, not only does this leave the build not compliant with fire regulations, but it also leaves the specific room open to the elements from a waterproofing perspective.

Triweld are specialists in the design, fabrication, and implementation of all elements required to correctly weatherproof these apertures.

Although every data center comes complete with a different set of requirements, the most common requirements for weatherproofing are:

  • Cable Trays

  • Busbars

  • Ducting & Ventilation

  • CRAH units

  • Pipework
