Cut Edge Corrosion Treatment

When cut edges begin to rust this is a clear indication of the future of the roof, with a treatment the rust can be removed and encapsulated meaning it will not spread to the entire roof. 

Asbestos Oversheeting

In many cases coating an asbestos roof or removing it isnt the most economically viable option.

An asbestos roof can be overlayed with steel roofing sheets without having to cannonball through the red tape that usually comes with asbestos. 

Replacement Gutters

In many cases gutters are simply steel boxes with bolted and sealant joints with a limited life-span.

We provide replacement gutters in aluminium with full welded joints to ensure the new system outlasts the remainder of the building. 

Gutter Overlays

Where gutters cannot be replaced, we work with a wide range of manufacturers for a gutter overlay system.

This new system is fully warranted. 

Roof Coatings 

Where the roof is in generally good condition but the old coating is failing, a new coating may be an option.

Tranditionly this process is manufacturer led meaning that the manufacturer provides the warrantys.
